Ergonomic Cervical Pillow: the memory foam support your neck needs

Composition

1. Zip-fastened microfibre outer cover: a breathable fabric that is soft to the touch, with a zip that lets you remove it easily for washing and keep the pillow fresh, clean and hygienic for much longer.
2. Microfibre inner cover: improves breathability and air circulation through the core, avoiding the build-up of heat that less ventilated pillows give.
3. Two-position memory foam polyurethane core: the heart of the pillow. Memory foam reacts to heat and body weight, gradually moulding to each person’s anatomy rather than resisting it. It spreads pressure evenly, with no concentrated tension points in the neck, and returns to its original shape as soon as you stop resting on it.

What firmness and height does it have?

Medium firmness and a two-position format with two heights, 8 and 10 cm. The position you sleep in is the most important factor when choosing a cervical pillow: back sleepers usually need a lower height so as not to push the neck forward, while side sleepers need a higher pillow that fills the gap between shoulder and head and keeps the spine straight. By combining both heights in a single pillow, you only need to turn it over to find the exact support your position calls for, which is especially useful if you change position during the night.
